Why Internet Training?

Sales are slow, the economy is down, and the automotive industry is in a state of flux. With all of this affecting the dealership, there is no better time to start taking the internet seriously and converting those internet leads into sales.

Creating a strong internet process takes more than just putting a regular showroom salesperson who is computer-literate in the position to handle the leads. It requires a long-term strategy that will provide you with consistent results. It’s the difference between just handling leads, and making the internet a viable profit center.

Mike Whitty, author and developer of “Winning the Internet Sales Game” can help develop your internet sales department into a consistent, profitable program you can be proud of. More importantly, it doesn’t have to be a huge and costly undertaking.

Our Program

Salesperson, Inc.will provide you with all the tools necessary to achieve consistent internet sales. From business planning, to training, to monitoring, we will virtually take control of your internet sales so you can concentrate on what you do best - showroom sales.

Stage 1 - The Setup

At the beginning of the program, we will spend three to five continuous days in your dealership creating a business plan, setting up the processes, and performing the training. The number of days will be determined by how much of a process you currently have in place. Along with your internet and management staff, we will determine whether it is feasible to utilize the current staff for handling the leads, or hiring internet specific salespeople.

Processes will include: • Business Plan • Phone Scripts • Email Templates • Follow-Up Process • Database Management • CRM Program • Internet Lead Providers • Website Review • Internet Training • and more!

Stage 2 - Bonus Training

Once a month, we will come into the dealership for tweaking and continuous training. In Stage 2, we also want to provide training for all salespeople and managers. A sample schedule would look like this:

9:00am - 10:00am
Management and leadership training all department managers
10:00am - 11:00am
Sales and Internet training of half the sales staff
11:00am - 12:00pm
Sales and Internet training of the other half of the sales staff
1:00pm - 5:00pm
Working with the internet staff and individual salesperson training

Each month we will provide a new training session for salespeople and for managers.

For all salespeople, we will concentrate on areas like — • Negotiating, Closing, and Handling Objections • Phone-Ups • Follow-Ups • Internet Selling • Email Marketing • Organization • Networking • and more!

For all department managers, we will concentrate on: • Leadership • Hiring and Firing • Performance Reviews • Praising and Criticizing • Motivation • Sexual Harrassment • and more!

Stage 3 - Email Direct Marketing

Every month we will publish and email your dealership newsletter to your entire database of email customers and prospects. This will keep your name in front of them every single month at no addtional advertising cost.

Stage 4 - The Monitoring

Monthly monitoring of sales, expenses, closing ratios, net profit, and lead penetration where a report will be provided to the Sales Manager, General Manager and Dealer for review. From these reports, determination will be made for any changes to the staff or processes.

Your Investment

We understand the current market conditions dealership's are experiencing. But training still needs to take place. So for now, we are helping our dealer partners by cutting our current daily fees by up to 50%. When the market improves, we will go back to our normal rate of $1800 per day.

Initial Setup - 3-5 days of development at $1200 per day.
One Day Per Month of Training and Maintenance - $900 per day.
If travel is required, hotel, airfare or driving mileage @ 34¢ per mile will be paid by the dealership.

A one year contract is required with 6 months paid in advance.
